This week, Poets and Storytellers United has as its theme “A Perfect Afternoon”. I am taking poetic licence here and saying that my perfect afternoon needs to extend into a perfect evening, and an even more perfect night. So humour me, please!

I say "A beautiful poem, wonderful rhyme, love poem,, words seem made for song." Do you make the tune or have it done. I have a friend who does that, I don't have the nerve to ask. Also mostly I've abandoned meter although I love to keep a constant syllable count.
